System 2000 Padwasher

Clean and condition your foam and wool pads in under 30 seconds!

The SYSTEM 2000™ by Lake Country Mfg., is the only buffer powered padwasher on the market. It cleans and dries pads while they're attached to your machine polisher. Designed to work with any circular polisher, the SYSTEM 2000 helps any detailing enthusiast by maintaining pad performance and ensuring long pad life. Dirty pads and pads with dried polish and wax residues can create swirls and scratches in the paint finish. The SYSTEM 2000 removes particles and excess polish and wax residues deeply embedded into the pad. Regular cleaning also prolongs pad life which saves you money.

This self-contained, portable padwasher is powered by your power buffer so its easy to move around. The unique cover on the top of the SYSTEM 2000™ prevents splatter during the cleaning and drying process keeping your hands and clothing clean. The SYSTEM 2000 cleans both foam and wool pads in all sizes and thicknesses including double pads.

The SYSTEM 2000™ will clean and condition dirty pads under 30 seconds.


Cleaning wheels remove dirt and polish particles while the Pump wheel brings in clean water to flush away residues.	Inside view of Cleaning and Pump Wheels in motion.

The SYSTEM 2000 is a five gallon bucket with a cover that closes around the polisher. All you do is hold the polisher. System 2000 does all the work.

Directions:

Fill the bucket with 4 to 4-1/2 gallons of fresh water.
Pour in a packet of Snappy Clean Pad Cleaning (Supplied with SYSYEM 2000) Powder.
Place machine with dirty pad attached in the bucket resting on the scrubbing wheels.
Close the lid covers and turn machine on. Set machine speed to 1500 rpm. Scrub pad for 15 seconds.
Lift pad off the scrubbing wheels and allow the pad to spin dry for another 15 seconds. Turn machine off, open lid and remove machine.

Pads will slightly damp when removed. Allow to dry in the sun for a few minutes to fully dry before storage or reuse.

The SYSTEM 2000 is a professional pad cleaning system that has been used by body shops, detailing professionals and on assembly lines around the world. Note: The SYSYEM 2000 only works with circular machine polishers. It will not work with dual-action machines like the Porter Cable 7424. The System 2000 comes with one packet of Snappy Clean Pad Cleaner. Additional Snappy Clean is available below.
